Photo tips for best results

Take Multiple Photos
Snap a few from 8–10 inches away to make sure at least one is clear and in focus.

Use Good Lighting
Avoid harsh shadows by shooting in daylight or near a window.

Capture It Straight On
A direct view is ideal—avoid tilting or angling the camera.

Trim Fur (if possible)
For paws, short fur between the pads helps reveal the details.

What to Avoid and How We Can Help

While we can work from photos of clay or ink impressions, it’s important that the images are clear and in focus for the best result. These examples show what to avoid—both are blurry, low resolution quality, and not taken straight on, which can make it harder to capture fine details.

That said, even lower quality photos can still be used, though some detail may be lost. A proof will always be sent for your approval so you can see how it turns out and request any changes before it's finalized.
