Returns and exchanges are not available for custom-made items (including all fingerprint, footprint, and pet print artwork, or personalized name/text items).
If your print arrives damaged, please contact me at info@flutterbyeprints.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and I’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost.
Returns on non-custom items must be unused and submitted within 15 days to be eligible for a refund.
