Custom Artwork Orders
Orders featuring custom artwork—such as paw prints, fingerprints, or footprints—will only enter production once Flutterbye Prints receives the necessary print images and personalization details.
You will receive a digital proof of your custom artwork for approval before production begins. Proof emails will come from proofs@flutterbyeprints.com.
If we are unable to reach you after four attempts regarding your digital proof, your order will be shipped as designed without your approval.
Production and Shipping Timeline
Proof Creation Time:
Fingerprint/Footprint: 5–7 business days
Pet Prints/Silhouettes: 3–5 business days
Name/Text Only Personalized Products: 1–3 business days
Production Time After Proof Approval:
3–5 business days
Non-Custom Orders:
Typically shipped within 3–5 business days.
Shipping speed depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. The only guaranteed delivery time is with Priority Express 1–2 day shipping; all other delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Please note that orders containing multiple products may ship from different locations.
Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates
We offer various domestic and international shipping methods. Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and shipping choice.
Domestic U.S. Shipping: Multiple options with delivery times ranging from standard 3–4 business days to expedited 1–2 day Priority Express.
International Shipping: Available to many countries worldwide, excluding the U.K. and E.U. Estimated delivery times vary by region and shipping option.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Custom-made items (including all fingerprint, footprint, and paw print artwork, as well as personalized name/text items) are non-refundable.
If your order contains an error on our part, we will send a replacement that reflects your correct order.
Returns on non-custom items must be unused and submitted within 15 days to be eligible for a refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at info@flutterbyeprints.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will review each case individually and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
